The world we never saw... 

 

I am a writer. Writers are known to be half crazy. They walk around and hum to themselves, turn half ways to look at you, then yell as they roar off to the library.  If I could have opened my Jewish grandmother's traveling trunk after she fled one of the bloody pogroms from Europe during the 1800s, I do not think I would have discovered any better stash of stories than I have now. My inspiration isn't in the bank, train or stage. It's in the Bible.  All I have to do is look into someone's eyes, and I have a whole story. The only thing I wait for is a little bit of music...
